1、 Storage and handling of acrylic sheets:

The board should not be directly exposed to sunlight, heat or humidity when stored at room temperature and in a ventilated and dry environment.

Do not tear off the protective film before using the plate, because the daily dust and dirt will adhere to the surface of the plate due to static electricity. 

The protective film also prevents the plate from abrasion and scratch.

To avoid warping, the plate should be stored horizontally naturally. If vertical storage is required, it is better to store the plate at a small angle and place

supports under it.

2、 Characteristics of shinchun acrylic

It is light, about half as heavy as ordinary glass, with a specific gravity of (1.19-1.20).

High transparency, transparent plate transmittance of 93% and more than one, more than ordinary glass, and has a crystal like luster.

Opal board is widely used in lampshade and advertising light box because of its good light diffusion and light transmittance.

It has excellent UV resistance and weather resistance, and can be used outdoors in tropical and cold regions.

It is easy to be hot formed. The plate can be completely soft dried in a blast oven. The temperature can reach 140 ℃ to 160 ℃,

The plate can be molded many times without damage.

The surface hardness is high, equivalent to aluminum, more than most other plastics, but the ordinary plate can not withstand the friction of inorganic
materials such as steel, ceramics and glass, and should be properly protected.

Resistant to corrosion of common chemicals.

It has good impact resistance.

It can be completely recycled and beneficial to environmental protection

There are a wide range of products, including: colorless transparent plate, dyed transparent plate, opaque color plate, opal board and porcelain white
board, blackboard, mirror panel, impact resistant board, etc., and can be customized according to the sample from customers.

Thickness from 2 mm to 100 mm can be produced.

3、 How to avoid deformation of acrylic products

Shrinkage and expansion clearance must be reserved for the installation frame.

It is necessary to drill an oval screw hole for screw locking.

Choose elastic rubber gasket.

Hot forming can improve the impact strength and release the internal stress.

Hot forming into wave, diamond and semicircle can prevent the deformation of acrylic plate due to self weight sag.

When using large amplitude acrylic plate, the thickness should be increased to prevent the plate from sagging and deformation due to self weight.

Select the appropriate thickness to avoid bending deformation of acrylic plate due to wind load.

4、 Precautions for use

The thermal deformation temperature of ordinary acrylic plate is about 100 ℃, and the continuous use temperature should not be higher than 85 ℃.

The surface hardness of acrylic plate is equivalent to that of aluminum, so care should be taken to avoid surface scratch during use or processing. If it is 

scratched, the original glossy surface can be restored by polishing.

Acrylic plate is easy to generate static electricity and absorb dust. Clean with a soft cotton cloth dipped in 1% soapy water.

The linear expansion coefficient of acrylic casting plate is about 7x10-5m / M.K. when installing and fixing acrylic plate, enough expansion gap must be 

considered.
